THE KUDU'S RIVER VALLEY
HIKING TRAIL

This spectacular trail traverses two extremely diverse habitats on a two-day hiking trail. The route
takes the hiker through forested mountains and winds down the escarpment into bushveld, past farm dams
and along streams. Hikers will have magnificent views down the Kudu's River Valley on the 8 km's of trail
each day. One night is spent at Kurisa Moya's beautiful farmhouse in the mountains, the other night at the
Inkonka Game Farm nestled in a lowveld valley. Both venues are luxurious self catering establishments

The Farmhouse at Kurisa Moya is set in the forests of the northern Drakensberg Mountains. The house is
fully equipped for self-catering with linen and towels provided. The house has a wonderful veranda and
is surrounded by beautiful gardens with landscaped views.

chill off and braai areas outdoors to enjoy the sunny days.

The trail passes through magnificent indigenous forests and winds along mountain streams, before heading
to the edge of the escarpment.

After exploring the various habitats on top of the escarpment, the trail then heads down to the lowveld.
